To eat or not to eat?
That is always the junk food dilemma! This little book is jam-packed full of easy to read, information about eating healthy! It has lots of great illustrations that make it easier to understand too. There’s something for everyone: a glossary, recipes, heaps of facts, tips, charts and oh, did I mention… cool illustrations?
This is my pick for the junior forms, but really any age can enjoy this book.
